Keep what matters running.

We're an engineering company for business-critical systems. We design, automate and improve the infrastructure underneath them, and we take responsibility for how it behaves in production.

Situations we take on

  • A new system is about to go into production, and the foundation underneath it needs to be right from the start.
  • Infrastructure has to be migrated or modernized without putting what already runs at risk.
  • Releases depend on a few people and a long checklist. Every change feels like a risk.
  • When something fails, you hear about it from users first, and nobody is sure how long recovery will take.
  • Systems that should work together are held together by manual steps and workarounds.

From problem to outcome

We start with the problem, not a technology.

The problem The work The outcome
A new system needs a production foundation Reproducible environments, with deployment, monitoring and recovery designed in from the start It goes live on infrastructure you can change, observe and recover
Releases are manual and risky Automated, repeatable deployments with a tested way back Changes become predictable
Recovery is uncertain Redundancy where it matters, and failover tested on purpose You know what happens when something fails

Technologies are choices we make for each system. They're not what we sell.

Capabilities

Where we work

Core

Infrastructure & Platform

Highly available, reproducible environments that your team understands.

Automation & Delivery

Deployment pipelines, controlled change, rollback.

Reliability & Operations

Monitoring, alerting, failover testing, recovery.

Focus area

Banking Technology

Engineering for banking environments where reliability, controlled change and operational continuity leave little room for error.

Also

Integration & Engineering

Work between systems, where the problem sits between them rather than inside one.

Security is part of all of this work, not a separate service.

How we work

  1. Understand

What the system does for the business, and what failure costs.

  2. Investigate

How it actually works today, not how the diagram says it works.

  3. Design

The simplest architecture that solves the real problem.

  4. Implement

In steps that can be verified and reversed.

  5. Automate

Manual, repetitive work removed where that reduces risk.

  6. Make it observable and recoverable

Failure is visible, and recovery is practised.

  7. Document

So people other than us can understand and run it.

We take responsibility for the engineering result. Continued involvement after delivery is something we agree per engagement.

The engineer behind KEEP

KEEP was founded by Revaz Zviadadze, a senior platform and infrastructure engineer with more than 10 years of experience building and operating production systems.

That experience led to a simple conviction: a system isn't finished when it works once. It's finished when it can be changed safely, observed clearly and recovered predictably.

Every request we receive is reviewed by an engineer.

About KEEP

Tell us what you're working on.

Something you're building, changing or migrating, an improvement you're planning, or a problem in production. Describe it in your own words. An engineer reads every request. If we can help, we'll ask what we need to understand, then prepare a proposal.
